On March 8, 2024, Atomis Inc. together with our joint development partner Yachiyo Engineering Co.,Ltd. (Headquarters: Taio-ku, Tokyo; President: Tsutomu Takahashi), paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Yasushi Masaki, Japanese Ambassador to Indonesia, and His Excellency Masahiko Kiya, Ambassador of the Mission of Japan to ASEAN. The visit was in relation to our demonstration project for the next-generation high-pressure gas container, CubiTan^®, targeting an transporting methane gas (natural gas, biomethane) in Indonesia. This project, supported by JETRO is being implemented by Atomis Inc. as a part of the Asia DX Promotion Project in Japan-ASEAS. Both ambassadors expressed their expectations for the realization of a new methane gas supply network utilizing Japanese technology.

In order to solve the issues that ASEAN countries are facing in their energy gas distribution systems, we will realize the smart gas network concept by utilizing the “lightweight, compact, and smart” next-generation high-pressure gas container CubiTan^®.
