Appointment of Scientific Advisor
We are pleased to announce that Prof. Satoshi Horike, Department of Chemistry, Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University, has been appointed as our scientific advisor. Prof. Horike is a leading researcher on amorphous PCP/MOFs. We believe that his experience and knowledge of the physical properties and functions for amorphous materials are very important for our materials business and impact business, and we are seeking his advice from a scientific point of view.
We would like to utilize precious supports based on the experience and knowledge of outside experts to accelerate our efforts to address unresolved social issues and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
Biography: B.S. in Industrial Chemistry, Kyoto University, 2001; M.S. in Engineering, Kyoto University, 2003; Research Fellow, Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corporation, 2007; After working as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Chemistry, University of California, Berkeley, and as an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, he became an associate professor at the Faculty of Advanced Studies, Kyoto University in 2017. 2023 Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University.
